Suicide Prevention Allies Has Two Main Missions

Organizational Training and Resources

Suicide Prevention Allies’ primary goal is to connect community organizations, public servants, and client-care providers with mental health specialists and anti-violence advocates. Through a series of meetings, workshops and events, Suicide Prevention Allies seeks to provide client-care providers with relevant tools, training and updated research.

Public Awareness

Suicide Prevention Allies does not provide any direct counseling or therapeutic services to individuals.

We are dedicated to raising awareness about the issues surrounding mental health, violence, substance abuse and suicide. In addition to hosting public events designed to initiate these important conversations, we also have an online library of resources available.
